After looking at and using many websites, I found the Town Shop site to be of professional quality, educational, and very entertaining. Its interactive qualilties are enjoyable and its layout is colorful. The site captures the soul of the Town Shop, which comes from its youth and its directors. Congratulations on the job well done!

Thanks for creating the website, Rob! I’ve been wondering if the Town Shop would ever have a website, and this is so much more!

Love your website! Thank you, Cheryl, for telling me about it. I have made it a favorite. I especially like the “links” for the various activities. For example, I was interested in reading about the Sunshine horse adoption program. I had never heard of it before. What a great idea!

It was so great to see you at Price Chopper last month. So glad you have recovered from your medical emergency. If I had known, I would have sent you a card wishing you a speedy recovery. Glad you are okay now. It is always good to see you. I was just talking about you and David the other day, when I was mentioning to my husband that we should take the kids to Taughannock Falls, now that they are getting big enough to hike longer without getting tired out. I was telling Eric all about how much I enjoyed going there with the Town Shop. Those field trips still hold such special meaning to me now, after all these years…

    Hope to see you soon!

    Hi Dave and Cheryl!!!
I was just talking about the Town shop to a local friend here (Saranac Lake)
who didn’t believe the amazing things that were offered on your calendar…then
I found out you have a website going, great!!
All is well in the North, I’m working full time now at North Country Community
College for the Wilderness Recreation Leadership program, which you are familiar
with (Shannon Bower and I came through this program at separate times…)Just
got off a 27 day canoeing and backpacking expedition in the eastern high peaks,
now i’m gearing up for a winter expedition i’ll be leading in early dec.

Hope you are both well, i think of you often. I enjoyed taking a break from my
desk/office work to view the awesome photos on the website, total nostalgia…

take care, write back if you can!
    Jimmy
